Born in London in 2022, city of world-class gastronomy, Terra Firma is a proudly independent company, which invites you on different culinary journeys, guided by the passion of producers from all over the world and their artisanal integrity, ancestral techniques, innovative spirit.
Our French founder Richard Victoria’s expertise stems from his background of over 20 years in the fine food sector as sourcing quality ingredients from all over the world to the most demanding Chefs.
Chevalier de l’ordre du Merite Agricole 2008 and Co-Founder of the UK Pastry Club in 2012, Richard established Terra Firma with the aim of enabling Chefs to discover new and innovative products and to offer a newfound appreciation for day-to-day ingredients crafted with the most respectful know how.
Operating from Park Royal in West London, we are united by our founding principles of integrity, honesty and responsible sourcing, each providing a signature level of dedication across everything we do.
