This is the simple and authentic story of a family business, a former almond breaker in Provence, which has gone through the ages for the past two centuries. Bedouin first mastered the almond in all its forms, then naturally extended its expertise to a wide range of dried fruits, perpetuating traditional know-how from one generation to the next. All Bedouin products are packaged in their Provence workshop.
