Okinawa Raw Black Sugar 800g

This sugar  is a grand cru, very rich in vitamins and minerals. You will be surprised by the aromatic notes: cocoa, liquorice, maple… Its texture is pleasantly grainy, like shortbread dough. This is due to its high level of humidity. The sugar we offer is therefore made from fresh sugar cane, washed and rinsed (in order to remove any impurity), then cold pressed. The juice from this first pressing is reduced over a wood fire, without adding water, white sugar or syrup, then decanted for 3 to 5 days. The syrup thus obtained will be crystallized and will be available in pieces or powder. Our perfect pairings : ganaches, pastries, hot drinks, marinades, sauces, veloutés, fried vegetables, pan-fried or roasted fruits, baked foie gras, pork ribs, cakes, cookies, shortbread, madeleines, gingerbread ...
