Mavany is first and foremost a family story which have been collecting agricultural products from farmers for three generations. It is naturally that the Leon family decided to sell the products processed by them directly to end customers. Therefore, in 2018, the two brothers – Franck and Landry – decided to create "MAVANY" . Mavany therefore controls the whole process, which consits of: - Cultivation supervision This mission is to educate farmers about good practices in vanilla cultivation. The mastering of fertilization techniques and the harvest at maturity are important factors in the final quality of the processed vanilla. - Collecting vanilla from farmers Mavany collects the green vanilla directly from the partner farmers whose harvest was made at maturity. Their network secures production and ensures quality control. - A controlled preparation After the collection phase, comes the transformation phase. The green vanilla is transported to Mavany premises for the scalding, drying, sorting, maturing and packaging phases. Mavany believes in responsible and sustainable values which revolves around 3 axes: Quality, Reliability, and Responsibility.
