The history of Laumont started more than 40 years ago with the vision of its founder, Josep Maria Serentill, who established an extensive network of truffle and mushroom collectors and producers which has been continuously modernized and professionalized over the years. Today, his son Jordi Serentill runs the company with the same intuition, passion, professionalism, seriousness and commitment. Laumont has two selection centers, in Tàrrega and Valladolid, and has a presence in the wholesale markets of Mercabarna, Mercamadrid and Mercabilbao.
