The flavor of this sauce is based 100% on the pickled green olives that we find in our appetizers. Perfect for sauce up, its slightly creamy texture is perfect to stay on top of food and make a perfect dressing. This concentrated juice can turn an ordinary salad into a masterpiece or some French fries into an appetizer that you will remember. How to use? it It is a ready-to-use product without prior preparation. Highly recommended as a dressing for pasta, salads and rice, pickles, anchovies, canned fish and shellfish in the wild, as an ingredient in salads, to dip with fried potatoes, roasted fish and shellfish, as a base for sauces, and all kinds carpaccios, tartars and ceviches (meat and fish).
