In a normal season it is sold from September to November, but it can start some weeks before September. When the Summer Truffle campaign ends and before the Winter Truffle begins we have availability of Tuber Uncinatum. These last years since being a truffle of wild origin the quantities have been very low. Its aroma is more intense than the summer truffle.
