Other productive countries includes Croatia, Kosovo, Rumania, Bulgaria, Turkey and some other eastern countries. This truffle is valued for its aroma and strong smell. It is without a doubt the most surprising truffle in the first contact with the customer. Having a great aroma and little flavor it is usually consumed in fresh grated with thin sheets on top of a hot plate. 10 grams per person would be a very good ration of truffle. The price is very variable depending on the offer, and its cultivation is not viable.
