Gently candied for a long time in a sugar syrup, the lemon candied peel are then packaged under a protective atmosphere preserving the flavor of the product and its original quality. Ideal for enrobing with white chocolate or for flavouring cakes or chocolate mousse. The variety used is the primofiori lemon from Spain and the lemons are untreated after harvest.
