Today Borde is a high-performing modern enterprise with the goal of rapidly developing its presence both in France and internationally.
Borde, the wild mushroom specialist, and Marcon, the 3 Michelin-starred chef, have collaborated to create the range "Les Grandes Origines". A selection of dried mushrooms with exceptional qualities, sourced from the finest regions in the world.
However, "Les Grandes Origines" won’t be available all year round as the model relies on passion and what nature has to offer. Our selection will evolve according to our discoveries and the seasons.
