Spheres of approximately 7-8 millimeters in diameter, with pearls of Modena vinegar in their liquid interior that burst in the mouth when you bite into them. Dark in color and with a Modena vinegar flavor, these pearls are acidic, refreshing and explosive. An ideal ingredient to provide a bittersweet counterpoint to any dish you can imagine. From oysters to desserts with red fruits. It can be used in any dish where you would use vinegar as a dressing and/or decoration. Soups, creams, salads, fish, shellfish, meat and desserts.
