Spheres of approximately 4-5 millimeters in diameter, with olive oil and chilli liquid inside that burst in the mouth when you bite into them. Reddish in color and with a characteristic spicy flavor with a slight smoky touch. An ideal ingredient to add a touch of spice to your dishes.  It can be used in any dish where you would use olive oil as a dressing and/or decoration. Soups, creams, salads, fish, shellfish, meat and desserts.
