Spheres approximately 4-5 millimeters in diameter, with olive oil and white truffle aroma inside liquid that burst in the mouth when you bite into them. Yellow in color with a characteristic aroma of white truffle. An ideal ingredient to add an aromatic touch to your dishes. It can be used in any dish where you would use olive oil as a dressing and/or decoration. Soups, creams, salads, fish, shellfish, meat and desserts.
