Our cepages vinegar comes from a selection of the best French Chardonnay grape varieties. The name Chardonnay comes from the Latin Cardonnacum "where thistles grow", flowers with sharp spices that are better not to rub. An ideal grape variety for sharp vinegar, made in the respect of the vinegar tradition and slow fermented 3 weeks in oak barrels. Thanks to its citrus and orange blossom aromas, this vinegar will enrich your marinades and sublimate your salad dressings and sauces.
