Our cepage vinegar is made from the best Syrah grape varieties. The name Syrah comes from an ancient Persian city. A sun-drenched grape variety, its vinegar offers subtly spicy notes, especially when it is made in accordance with the Orleans method. This vinegar is perfect for multiplying the flavor of a vinaigrette in a warm endive or goat salad and will enrich the scent of your marinades for roasted meat or game. Thanks to its fermentation in oak barrels, it offers this unique taste, a legacy of centuries-old know-how.
