Le Comptoir des Poivres was founded by 'taste hunter' Oliver Derenne who has been searching for products of unparalleded quality with the same philosophy: to discover the most amazing spices directly from production sites, to refuse any chemical treatment on both the plant, the product and a fortiori any irradiation (hypocritically called ionization) and to ensure that the people working in these plantations do so in optimal conditions, keeping only exceptional grains or berries, refusing any long storage and transport the products without any middle men, that is to say with maximum traceability.
