Started in 1797, Martin-Pouret is the last of the 300 Vinegar Masters who were producing wines vinegars and mustards, iconic products of Orléans since the 16th century.
Awarded "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" by the French State for its unique know-how, Martin-Pouret is supplying prestigious luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants with its vinegars crafted in oak barrels and its refined mustards "à l’ancienne".
Obsessed with quality, tradition, and sustainability, Martin-Pouret is carefully selecting its raw materials in France and building long term relationships with its growers.
In fact, the selected wines dedicated to the manufacture of the vinegars come from the great French wine regions such as the Loire Valley or Burgundy.
